RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

KORE only accepts, for returns and exchanges, ONLY full-price merchandise that was purchased online (All discount and sale items are Final Sale. No exceptions). Please note that due to the high cost of shipping, all international orders including purchases to the U.S. and its territories are FINAL SALE. For a full refund and exchange, please mail out items within 7 days from the original purchase date. All items must be returned in unworn and otherwise perfect condition with the original tags still attached.

REFUNDS

Refunds do not include any shipping charges and will be credited to your original form of payment. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued. Depending on the processing speed of your credit card company and/or bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returned or exchanged items. To request a return, please contact us at info@kore-projects.com with your full name and order number. Once you receive confirmation of your return request, including the details of the return process, please send the item you wish to return along with the original package slip in your shipment.
